Under both the Saudi Arabian and Saudi FC tax regimes, country-by-country (CBC) reporting obligations and notification requirements apply only to ultimate parent entities that are tax-resident in Saudi Arabia and are part of a multinational group of enterprises (MNE) with consolidated revenues of at least SAR 3 billion in the preceding financial year. The CBC report must be submitted within 12 months from the end of the reportable financial year.
